Operations, marketing,
and the craft between.

I started at Bestate coordinating an office — agents, listings, the daily mechanics. Marketing came next, because listings are worth nothing without traffic. Then I started building: bestate.ai, and the dashboard the team now works in every day.

None of that was in the job description. Each part existed because the one before it created a problem worth solving.

I'm still building — new things go out, and what's already running keeps getting tested and improved. I'm finishing an MBA alongside it, and open to collaborations where operations, marketing and building sit together.

Either I find a way, or I make one.
